Marathon Training Beginner Blog
The aim of this website is to help other first time marathon runners feel ready for this great journey by providing useful information related to training, nutrition, and mental preparation. My own training was filled with questions, worries, and self-doubt. As the weeks progressed you might, just like me, struggle to find the motivation to train for your first marathon. What kept me focussed was deep diving into the changes that needed to be made to reach my goal of finishing my first marathon. The free training and nutritional plans offered here are the result of colaborations with professionals with years of experience in marathon training. I'm hoping that by providing you with these plans, you will be able to feel more prepared, self-assured, and motivated to go out and ace your first marathon!
